The Arkansas Life in the Spirit (LITS) retreat team facilitates retreats for teens and young adults on the unique role of the Holy Spirit in their lives and in the life of the church. Specifically, it teaches how the sacramental graces they received in baptism and confirmation can transform their lives and establish a deeper connection with the Holy Spirit. Life in the Spirit is overseen by the Office of Charismatic Renewal of the Diocese of Little Rock.
